Are you made of stern stuff?
To study the self is to forget the self.
To forget the self is to be enlightened by all things.
When you let go of attachments, the world opens up.
Each moment is a chance to begin again.
Do not chase after the past or long for the future.
Just sit, and let thoughts and cravings pass like clouds.
The moon reflected in water is not wet, nor is the water disturbed.
True freedom is found in letting go.
